rhinestones and glitter

dance recital is coming up.

and i've decided one thing- people get way too excited about recitals.

it just means that i've been sitting behind a desk a lot. and gluing thousands of rhinestones on costumes. and cutting out felt lightning bolts. and glittering hair pieces. and organizing. and getting yelled at by unsatisfied moms.

oh and did i mention that i have to be part of the recital as well? talk about unhappy teachers.

so someone PLEASE remind me not to do recital next year.

hitting the teenage years

Good news first:

I think it necessary to point out that, between Ashlie and I, we now have 13 posts.

That's right, I counted. And, personally, I am pretty pleased with myself.

Also, mom just came home with some tongue tattoos from QT. (She knows people, if you get my drift.)

this is what happens when you go to QT every.single.day.

As far as anything important is concerned, we're all a tad stressed.

Chandler has received a rather unfair lunch detention because Mamacita signed her into to school late three times this 6 weeks. (Once, we were serving kids with special needs). Madre has been working HARD in all things churchy. Our father is considering an extremely drastic change (which I won't reveal in case it doesn't happen and I look foolish). Michael hates his job and Corinne (me) is not allowing the public to know what's actually going on in her life.

.......and so the Lohner family is doing fine, thank you.
